Signature Services-

À la carte

Experience or test one of our Signature Services: BioCharger, Compression Therapy with Guided Meditation, Healing Salt Cave, and Contrast Therapy. This is a great option if you're new to Modern Wellness, have specific healing you are seeking, or are a bit short on time.

To reserve your experience, simply select “Book Now”, choose “Individual Appointment”, and then select “A la Carte” from the menu options.

Signature Services-

Day Pass

Get up to 3 hours of full access to all our Signature Therapies with our Day Pass for a truly holistic wellness practice and healing routine. A Day Pass includes use of: The BioCharger, Normatec Compression with Guided Meditation, Salt Cave, and Contrast Therapy which inludes all of our hot/cold services.

Single Day Pass (for 1), Duo Day Pass (for 2!), or Small Group Day Pass (groups of 3-6) available.

To reserve your experience, simply select “Book Now”, choose “Individual Appointment”, and then select the Day Pass that suits your needs from the menu options.

If you're booking for a duo or small group, each person will need to book an individual appointment. Surprising someone? Give us a call and we can book them in a way that doesn't spoil the surprise!

Our memberships fit every lifestyle—whether you want flexible weekday access, a lighter option for occasional visits, or a contrast-only plan for hot/cold therapy. For ultimate wellness, enjoy unlimited access to all of our recovery services.

Private medical-grade treatments personalized for your needs and goals in the Flowpresso or PEMF Therapy suites. Single Sessions and 3, 6, or 12 Packs available. Or, add one on to a Day Pass for just $49.
