Choosing your visit
Can I walk in?
Framingham highly encourages booking ahead and accommodates walk-ins subject to availability. In Westwood, PEX clients may walk in during flex hours without a reservation. Private sessions open to the public require a reservation.
What is different about the two locations?
Framingham is our Longevity Spa, with a wider range of experiences and day passes. Westwood is our Recovery Room, with infrared sauna, cold plunge, Normatec compression, and red light therapy. Explore Framingham or explore Westwood.
How do I book?
Choose your location in our location guide, follow its booking link, and sign in or create an account to schedule your reservation. You can also call Framingham at (781) 400-0594 or Westwood at (508) 988-0692.
Is PEX access the same as a private reservation?
PEX access is a shared, self-serve experience for PEX clients only during flex hours. Visits are up to 60 minutes, and no reservation is required. Private 90-minute sessions are open to everyone by reservation Friday evenings and weekends, subject to availability. Bring up to three guests for $69 each per session. Compare Westwood options.
Can I book a private event in Framingham?
Yes. Framingham can be booked for private events. Email hello@modernwellspa.com or call (781) 400-0594 to plan your event.
Can I buy a gift card online?
Yes. Buy a Modern Wellness gift card online. Follow the checkout instructions to choose an amount and arrange delivery. For redemption questions, contact our team.
Before you arrive
What should I wear?
Bring a bathing suit or loose-fitting athletic clothing, depending on the services you plan to use. Framingham has changing rooms. Clothing is required at all times.
Is there an age requirement?
Our published minimum age is 13. Contact the team before booking for a younger guest to confirm any service-specific requirements.

Will someone help me get started?
Our Framingham team can help you choose services and get settled in. Westwood PEX open access is self-serve. For private sessions, a Modern Wellness team member will help you get settled in.
Is the spa co-ed?
Yes. All are welcome.
Where can I find hours and contact information?
Both locations’ hours, addresses, phone numbers, and parking guides are listed in the footer of every page. Westwood PEX flex hours and private reservations are separate ways to visit.
During your visit
Do I have to use every service or follow a set order?
You do not have to use every service. In Framingham, our team will guide your visit and ask you to use the salt chamber before contrast therapy. Explore our suggested Framingham journeys or ask us to help plan your experience.
How much time should I allow?
The Framingham day pass is up to 3 hours. Individual services generally range from 45 to 90 minutes. PEX visits are up to 60 minutes, and private Westwood sessions are 90 minutes.

What is the cancellation policy?
A 50% cancellation fee applies to reservations canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice. Contact your location if you need to change a reservation.
