After about 20 minutes, make your way over to the BioCharger. Grab a hydrating beverage and soak up the benefits before heading to our mesmerizing Salt Chamber that will detox and clear your airways and inspire deep relaxation. 

After you've rinsed off, spend time soaking up infrared light in our Infrared Saunas, journey to the Steam Room to loosen up with moist heat, or take a dip in our hot tub. After you've tried one, or all, of these, we encourage you to go between hot and cold to experience the maximum benefits of contrast therapy.
