A steam room is a type of enclosed space designed to produce high humidity and warm air, creating an environment that promotes sweating and relaxation. They provide a wet heat experience at 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Enjoy for 10 - 20 minutes. Make sure to be hydrated before entering!

It's important to note that individuals with certain medical conditions, such as cardiovascular issues or respiratory problems, should consult with a healthcare professional before using a steam room. Pregnant women, individuals with open wounds, and those with certain skin conditions may also need to exercise caution or avoid steam rooms altogether.

 

As with any heat-based therapy, it's essential to stay hydrated and listen to your body. Spending too much time in a steam room or sauna can lead to dehydration and may not be suitable for everyone. Always follow facility guidelines and recommendations for safe use.

After about 20 minutes, make your way over to the BioCharger. Grab a hydrating beverage and soak up the benefits before heading to our mesmerizing Salt Chamber that will detox and clear your airways and inspire deep relaxation. 

After you've rinsed off, spend time soaking up infrared light in our Infrared Saunas, journey to the Steam Room to loosen up with moist heat, or take a dip in our hot tub. After you've tried one, or all, of these, we encourage you to go between hot and cold to experience the maximum benefits of contrast therapy.
